I've been here many times and my food has always been fresh and hot. They do get busy and have a ton of pick up orders which puts them on the phone a lot. However the staff has always been sweet to me. I do keto and find asking for more veggies instead of rice makes this an awesome alternative. Yes, it is a dollar more but it's worth it! I ordered a Philadelphia sushi roll and was asked what I wanted in it. When I opened it, it was runny and had green shredded vegetables all over the top. There was no ginger or wasabi paste with it. It was the worst thing I have ever ordered. Additionally, I ordered an egg roll that was meant for two people. They were overcooked and hard to bite into. I will never eat here again.
