Horrible online experience. Waited 20 min for order and then asked about my order and was told I have to alert the staff that I am here for my order. I watched other orders including a customer who walked in made before mine. I will no longer be eating at Jimmy John’s. And added review to Jimmy's Johns website, and not surprisingly I never heard back from anyone. Done Done!! View all feedback.
