What Adam Fath doesn't like about Chiba Sushi:
(Visited for dinner last night) They jam pack so much rice into certain rolls, and the rice itself was over cooked. The sashimi was cut into really small pieces, and they deep fried rolls that were not supposed to be deep fried. Service was good though.
