What Andres Esteves likes about The Old Fitzroy Hotel:
There's so much we love about this pub, truly local for Woolloomooloo regulars. Relaxed, warm and friendly with a warm welcome. The pub and kitchen are really efficient. We ate the Pork Sunday Roast, where you eat is no nonsense, you get a house red or white thrown in with your meal (or at least we did). The Pork was delicious, maybe one more slice would have made it a super hearty Sunday Roast. What we did really en... View all feedback. What Rafael Meraz doesn't like about The Old Fitzroy Hotel:
very surprised by the high reviews for this place. eating is over expensive. $44 for a very poor steak and chips. no salate, no maic alternatives. $27 for a beer and house wine. a little torn. would not recommend this pub. View all feedback.

read moreThe Fitzroy Hotel offers a unique pub experience with a mix of local regulars and theatre-goers. The main bar can get a bit crowded, but there are also nice dining areas available. The food menu features fancy pub options including juicy schnitzels and vegetarian dishes. The Friday Pie Day special with a chicken and leek pie was a hit with customers. The bar offers a wide selection of beers, including some unique options. The upstairs dining area provides high-quality meals in a cozy setting, while the outdoor patio offers a more traditional pub atmosphere. Overall, The Fitzroy Hotel is a lively spot with a mix of great food, drinks, and entertainment options.
