my man and I had a wonderful experience. eating came perfectly cooked and fast. our server, kat, was a diviner. she was very friendly and respectful, she was personable and easy to talk and laugh. kat had a complete understanding of the menu and could answer all our questions. one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had! we will be back thanks to her. We have been to Roadhouse in different states, like Virginia, Tennessee and New York. About one month ago, we went to this restaurant,which is near my home. The bread is FANTASTIC and the meat is great. Kayla our waitress was amazing!!!! It was my cousins birthday and they sang for us which was great. The onion was not great so I don’t recommend that. But the service was great and the atmosphere is awesome- even with how busy it was on a Friday night. Definitely recommend!!!
The service here is really good, Steak is too. My husband usually getst full off the bread butter ehich are delicious. All of the food here is really good, my usual is a 6oz steak (medium) with the best salad ever a cup of chilli.
We will start that I was impressed with our wait time. Friday night quality service is definitely a struggle for most businesses at this difficult time .. Our drinks, appetizers, and bread was out within 8 minutes, always a plus with a hungry crew. The waiter Tyler' and trainee were attentive as could be with a dinner rush. Lastly I enjoyed the check in and chat with the manager, made for a extremely positive experience with my first visit to the Texas Roadhouse!!
Never a disappointment!! Love them so much, open even after a snowstorm. Drinks were on point as was the food!!
