Z Cafe offers the largest buffet I have ever seen. I have been on cruises with great buffets, but Z Cafe's spread consists of over 100 items laid out in a way that allows you to easily see everything and serve yourself quickly. Without a doubt, it is the top spot in downtown Worcester for a speedy breakfast or lunch, and it also excels as a go-to spot for a fast and delicious meal. View all feedback. Hit or Miss depending on the menu item. I've found that their sandwiches and salads are pretty good. The fish menu Items are usually overcooked. The service is also very temperamental, some people there are particularly unfriendly. View all feedback.
