Called in here today for a drink of hot chocolate. Was given the choice of strength for the chocolate which was a novel experience, had 70% which was delicious and served by really friendly staff. Had a quick look at the chocolate selection, absolutely gorgeous, will return when I have more time to browse. Well done to staff. View all feedback.

Visited yesterday when I suddenly felt poorly in Worcester. I was served a lovely cup of decaf by a lovely young man who gave my husband a complimentary coffee. My husband in his concern for me accidentally knocked his cup over making a mess all over the place.
