"Even if you are not staying at the Cotford Hotel, a visit to the restaurant is a must. It has a host of awards and it is easy to see why. Chris produces some amazing dishes with something to tempt everyone and with an extensive wine list to compliment the food, it is a first class gastronomic experience."

"Lovely restaurant serving classic French cuisine in cosy countryside village decor. Ample choice on the menu, with many daily specials. The dishes were very well executed and service traditionally formal. Large portion sizes for all dishes ordered, making three courses perhaps a little much in terms of quantity. "Amazing value for money, and excellent food and cheerful staff. Tray of chips and chicken nuggets £4.80. The kebab and chips equally good value. I would revisit this chippy in preference to any other nearby. The chips were sizeable, and full of real potato. I can give the chips 8 out of 10. If they were browner, they would have scored higher (I am a traditional chip lover as near to homemade as possible)"
