Brought my son and his friends to pizza express for a birthday treat. Service ridiculously slow, waiting staff taking orders and not delivering the food. Other staff taking orders after a long wait. Constant stream of delivery drivers collecting food and leaving the door open making the restaurant freezing cold for the customers.
