Been a few years since i last went in the café and it has changed a bit. Now seems to be more a restaurant with wait staff and being shown to tables. However the coffee and cakes we had were good. The acoustics made it noisy due to high ceiling? as it was very busy. Dog friendly which as on a favoured dog walking area is all to the good for us. read more.

The diner is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physical disabilities, Depending on the weather conditions, you can also sit outside and eat.

What Gildedhen doesn't like about The Orchard Cafe:
Nice cafe that accepts dogs.... and there were a lot during our visit! All well behaved though. Gluten free options very disappointing.... bacon sandwich, soup or tuna mayo. We'd hoped for a main meal to save cooking later but choices were so poor for gluten free and the food wasn't great. Menu needs an overhaul with more gluten free options. read more.
