Not quite sure where to start other than when you order a chicken pakora that is what you expect not some spicy food coloured vaguely wheat flour battered bits of chicken out of a freezer. I complained explained that pakora are normally lightly...battered in gram (chickpea) flour they sent us a replacement to our horror exactly the same now even more dried out bigger bits of the horrible dried out chicken. "I've been coming here on and off for many a year now visiting for lunch with my elderly mum. My mum complains about everything, all the time, but has never said anything negative about The Orchard Cafe, so that says something in itself. I opted for the Orchard potatoes with added bacon, whilst mum mum went for fresh pancakes. Mum said they were delicious, and enjoyed her Americano. As always, my potatoes were spot on. I had a mocha, and they are slightly on the bitter side, but I like them like that sometimes. Service is always friendly and polite, whilst it is always really clean. Food is always very good with pricing reasonable."

"3 of us had lunch today and was our first time in Bungaroosh..the young staff are very caring n sweet....the bread, chips, side salads and desserts were fresh and very good. My chicken shawarma though generous to me did not have the middle eastern seasoning and spicing I expected . I would definitely recommended it though as the experience was a very good one ."
