The Flour Pot has large coffee and baked options for vegans. I love their coconuts au Chocolat! You're something on the expensive side, but worth the money.
The vegan croissants are so good and have many possibilities! Great coffee too!

the vegan coconut pan au chocolats are delicious. they also do vegan non-coconut pan au chocolats that are also great. very nice terrace.
