We were staying in Farndon for 3 nights in an Air BnB breaking our journey home from Scotland to Wiltshire. We ordered via their website and my husband went to collect. What Alison S doesn't like about Tava:
An extensive food menu, but no low/no alcohol beer or lager on the drinks menu. The dishes we chose were tasty, but served like warm. Our naan and others we saw had a pool of ghee on top of them. My husband would not try ours: I just ate the fluffy bits around the edge. There was atmosphere in the restaurant and the service was fine; but there was nothing special to make us want to return. Great meal last night with family
I threw it up straight after eating it. It smelt off and tasted funky but I thought because it's meant to be sour that was the way it was meant to be. Stupid me...

The place also serves you at the counter and serves you menus and drinks, and for the littlest guests, there is a baby high chair. If the weather are right, you can also eat and drink outside, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables.
