We planned a walk in Barmer forest, but as it started raining heavily we took refuge in this restaurant. Initially impressed by the rustic building and the wonderful views over the town (however space in the covered terrace is limited and needs advance booking). Unfortunately, the restaurant has been closed since February 2020 as I came along (see also entry on Facebook). Unfortunately! I celebrated my wedding there!

The place is closed for renovation. I can only say that the view of Wuppertal is phenomenal.
