"In diesem Haus war es trotz al a carte Restaurant an einem Samstag abend nicht möglich von der Karte zu wählen ,nur ein vorgefertigtes Menue stand bereit. Kein Hinweis darauf vorher im Restaurant zu finden. Pampige Servicemitarbeiter , unflexibel und unfreundlich , Punkt 18.00 Uhr Öffnungszeit des Restaurant, vorher um 17.45 Uhr isst Personal im Restaurant selber und schickt einen als Gast wieder weg. Mit Kind bekommt man trotz leeren Restaurantbereich keinen Tisch angeblich alles reserviert . Im ganzen Haus befindet sich kein Wickelraum und dieses Hotel soll 4 Sterne Kategorie sein . Da reist man lieber ab bevor man eingecheckt hat . Für jüngere Gäste mit Kind auf jeden Fall absolut nicht zu empfehlen und auch kein Interesse an konstruktiver Kritik sondern nur Desinteresse der Mitarbeiter"
