Warmly greeted on arrival , good atmosphere in restaurant. Given time to look at menu. Whilst awaiting starters two different amuse bouches served , both very tasty. I was at eckington for the cookery course. Prior to booking I emailed and stated my dietary requirements. I was expected to cook three dishes where the main ingredient was pork which didn’t fit with what I had informed them of prior to me paying and booking the class.
