I want to seriously complain about the Petting Zoo staff on Saturday on Nov 27th. On the website it is clearly stated the Petting Zoo closes at 5pm on Saturday. We entered the zoo at 4:10pm, while my child just started to feed the bunnies, the staff started to put all the bunnies into the cage, without minimal care of my child's feeling and crying.
