We have just enjoyed this restaurant for many years and always found the food and service good. However when we visited for lunch, the cooking was mixed with decent starters but not very good main courses. The vegetables and potatoes, normally fresh and plentiful, were lukewarm and not sufficient. Service was good as always but it felt as if something had changed in the kitchen.
