What sopaca likes about The Plough:
I had a nice lunch here with friends on a hot day in August after a lovely walk in the surrounding hills. The main course choices were a bit dull (scampi, burgers, fish and chips, steak and ale pie, etc. so I had two starters which was a good move. I had the warm camembert which came with cranberry sauce and celery and also the salt and pepper squid with chilli sauce. They were both very tasty and nicely cooked. View all feedback.

What Krishna Bhargava doesn't like about The Plough:
Booked a family lunch for 8 people. Sat down at 1.45pm but didn’t get our main course until nearly 4pm. Restaurant was quite empty so hardly rushed off their feet. Staff who served our table lacked menu knowledge. When my roast lamb eventually arrived it was both greasy and dry at the same time! Will not be returning View all feedback.
