"This Hotel management are the worst I have ever experienced. I paid a full rate to book a room 2 months in advance $85.00. A week later I had to cancel. I notified the hotel via their email adress and response was immediate to say my refund is being processed. Two months later no refund. After two more emails I finally got an answer that their system was broken. Hotel came back and asked for my bank details to pay my refund with a management fee of $25.00 to be deducted. All in all a negative if not downright deplorable attitude and unprofessional. Never going there again and have made alternate arrangements to hold my company Xmas party of 40 people elsewhere."

"The road trip from the coast to Toowoomba has just been made better! Heard that we could get authentic Indian food in Goomeri so we just had to give it a crack. Verdict- was really very good! Definitely authentic flavours and worth the wait. We had the channa masala and chicken tikka masala with rice and potato and pea samosas. Next time I will call ahead."

"Display cases are full of tasty looking pastries, but only one labeled vegan, a roasted plant toastia. Employees confirm that it is the only vegan option available. If you like pumpkin, you will love this toastia. In fact, you will love this city because it has a great connection with pumpkin. The coffee is also decent, but they do not serve it in porcelain cups, even if you enter. No plates, only paper packaging."
