I ordered an ice cream cake a few days in advance. On pick up day, Saturday, I went to pick it up. However it was not made or given away (I am not sure). If you place an order online make sure you call to verify they actually processed the order. Order my cookie cake 5 days ago and paid for it online Fifty bucks and showed up and they don't have my order. I'm waiting as I type this! That is the WHOLE point of ordering in advance!!!!! Was looking for a place near the area that made cookie cakes for a birthday celebration.I ordered the Cookie Card online, and chose a convenient pick up time. Picking up was painless and quick.
Everyone was super nice and the ice cream was super tasty ? ?. I got the rocky road with dark chocolate.
Went tonight and the manager and front counter worker (both females) were so upbeat and friendly. The manager even gave us an extra surprise! Will definitely be back! Thanks so much!
Nice staff, clean place but way overpriced. $5.40 for a kids scoop? Yikes!
