Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wynne

The workers were kind and saved me money by telling me about the coupons. The food was fresh and prompt. This was the Popeyes in Wynne, Arkansas.

Popeyes is known for its flavorful chicken that is a party in your mouth. However, this particular location seems to be missing some spices, as our chicken was bland for the third time. The rest of our food was satisfactory. The service from the workers can be inconsistent and the wait time in the drive thru is average. The location is conveniently located along the highway. We hope that Popeyes can improve and live up to its reputation.

I drove through the drive-thru and was disappointed to find that my order was missing a straw, ranch dipping sauce, and plastic fork/spoon. In addition, the sweet tea was watery, the red beans and rice were lukewarm, and the chicken tasted old and stale. Overall, the experience was not pleasant and I would not recommend this restaurant. It seems like the staff does not care about their job and the food quality is subpar. It's best to avoid this place altogether.

I was the only person in the drive thru and they still got my order wrong. Instead of mashed potatoes they gave me French fries, no sauce and no biscuit. You'd think with only one customer they could have gotten the order right. They are a big 0 for me.

I have never encountered a more disrespectful manager than Joey at this restaurant. I strongly advise against visiting until he is no longer in charge.
