Was sceptical based on the 3.5 star reviews. I have no idea what people have complained about. The staff were nothing short of attentive and friendly.The food far succeeded our expectations. On two separate occasions when asked if the voucher will be accepted was advised that owner was only person to have telephone access to accept voucher and was not on premises and therefore would not accept the voucher.
