Located on the second level of the Berkshire Mall (food court). Accessible via stairs, escalators, and elevator. Staff were friendly. Busy as a typical CFA. This one does not have the drive through option, but you are able to order ahead and do carry out on your phone. There is also food court seating avialable. Been closed for a rebuild since summer. Now they are supposed to open 12/8. Miss my Chick-fil-A. Which is right across the street from my work. Please no more delays. View all feedback.
I'm not a Chick-fil-A fan, I personally think it's overrated. Gf's daughter lives it though, so she ate there while we ate at the taco/Mexican place instead
