Walked in on a quiet Tuesday, settled down with a lovely cold bottle of Cobra and muched on a poppadom before opting for perennial favourite, chicken tikka jalfrezi. The food was tremendous, special mention to the outstanding paneer naan bread. Staff very friendly and very reasonably priced. read more.

The curries were good but inexplicably the portions of boiled rice were soooo small. Imagine the typical sized carton of rice that you get from the Chinese, I would estimate that we each got roughly half of one of those. If we were to order the same meal but takeaway would we get a decent portion of rice? Shame really because the food was good, it marred the meal. We both agreed on this in the car on the way home.
