Came across this little tea room and hit the jackpot. It was like stepping back in time as soon as you opened the door,a real tea room. Came here a few weeks ago. I'm a support worker so I support people with learning difficulties non verbal etc. Never had a problem before. My service user choose a cake. It was moldy. The staff said it's part of the icing from the cake....It was mold. She threw it in the bin and offered a different cake. No apology made or no money knocked off his bill.
