Very disappointed today. Advice to staff : when a customer tells you their meal is cold you do something other than offer to reheat it . You don 't come back to collect the plates and start talking about how you wrapped your Xmas presents last night. I 'm not interested. Nor am I interested in wasting yet more money on a dessert.
