The Lemon Tree - Wyre

We visited between christmas and new year as couple. the service was good, and they do Indian classics of my opinion very well. I chose a jalfrezi that tasted excellent. my wife had a tikka masala that she also enjoyed....We have a few more out of here since then, and that was consistently good to eat so that it was one of the better Indian restaurants and away in the opposite.

Welcome in and we never book them. the service was great and only by eating that was amazing better. everything was delicious and served cake hot. new facility is welcoming and pleasant. we will be coming back in definitiw. support their local businesses and give them. try. they will not be disappointed

They don't just hate the post falling through their door! we usually go directly into the container, but the attractive flylet from the lemon tree restaurant and take in Poulton-le-Fylde had me to scan the extensive menu. we love authentic Indian food and said, "we want to make it a piece". another attraction on the front of the menu that is called out when collecting. my wife and I chose our selection from the menu and while we had some hardships with our choice, as they were not on the online menu and would allow me to choose either a time or collection, I decided to make my decisions to call through and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who took the order and agreed to the pickup time. we have set ourselves to eat and plow us through some of the most beautiful food we have eaten for years. eating is excellent quality and plentiful and we were left with a very pleasant feeling at the end of the meal. If you could give food stars, the lemon tree would get the award. they run from the mill it is not us! spectacular it is! well done. we'll be back soon.

I never received the call from the manager who was promised when I came to the restaurant lemon tree in the evening of Wednesday, after waiting for a takeaway delivery almost hours. I have written two more e-mails since then and have received no answer that I was before location in poulton and had family invited for an early evening the week meal. I have posted an order online and receive a confirmation by email the specified delivery time was hour I thought was only acceptable. but we were waiting without communication from the restaurant. I called and said that was for the delivery. minutes later I called another one and I was asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I was then commissioned for minutes to just say that the manager was not available and they would call me the following day. the food was finally delivered, but the hour had waited until then spoiled our evening, an evening that should have fallen and relax, became stressful and disappointing. I had to hunt them twice in the evening, then I took the time to write more emails that were ignored, and I have now been resorted to a negative review that could be avoided if I had been contacted. this restaurant does not seem to care for their customers at all, or about their call. eating is expensive and moderate, the service terrible. I see there are many bad Google reviews along the same lines. safe if you cannot cope with the delivery of food in a reasonable time frame, should you not offer this service?

Food average , order taken with little knowledge of the menu by young waitress but pleasant enough , after having eaten starters and mains bill was brought over. Unfortunately our waitress who was absolutely charming and lovely had made a slight mistake on...our bill by taking a credit card payment being short. A young unprofessional MANAGER pointed out her mistake to the whole restaurant insisting on the error be collected immediately. Not a problem i swiftly gave her the error in cash. Meanwhile the waiter' continued to watch her ever move by standing less than a foot away. I fully felt for the waitress it was a simple error , of which myself and my friend were embarrassed for her. He made us the customers feel very uncomfortable with his actions and the poor waitress was mortified. Turns out after a discussion with a manager, only the managers get tips and he wanted to make sure he was getting his tip not the lovely waitress that had served us!! Disgusting!! Tips should be shared equally amongst all the staff, this clearly does not happen here and the waitress was humiliated by the managers greed! I will not revisit and i advice you don't tip your waitress as the managers pocket the lot. Disgraceful , ruined our night out .
