This is like no restaurant I have encountered before. Patrons pay a recommended price if they can. If you don 't have the money, you can pay whatever you can OR volunteer to work for an hour. The food is generally very good here. A large percentage of the volunteers are very friendly. My biggest gripe is I have been going in there for over a year and there are folks that work in there who shall remain nameless who have never spoken..... very rude in my opinion...... cashiers at stores in town are friendlier and more welcoming.
