What 979evelynl doesn't like about Contrastes:
Ordering Dorada A La Sal we were aware of the waiting time of 25min but we were looking forward to this expensive speciality. However, we were very disappointed to being served (after 50min) a Dorada soaked in butter. Rather strange and obviously not cooked in salt crust.... the staff was more interested in serving some paellas. Why not apologize and ASK the guest what else they want if the kitchen is too busy?
