Nice and cosy restaurant. The food is tasty. One star off as they forgot to charge me an extra euro for the water they've served at the table. After I've paid them and I was preparing to leave the waiter came with a corrected bill. He could have skip this act and take the extra euro from the 3 eur tip that was already on the table. What User doesn't like about To Vareli:
This is not one of the best in Xánthi. The fish offer is very small, have a better offer in meat but very similar plates, If you want salads or small dishes to share this can be a good option. The staff is ok and are very helpful. Reservations is not necessary. The medium price is up to 15euros. View all feedback.
Okay. The epitome of simple traditional dishes with fresh ingredients and cooked with attention. It's one of my favorites in Xanthi.
