Bar only. We stayed here decided to get an appetizer drinks. All the drinks were great. Mai Tai, Banana Split, Limetini, Chocolate Delight. Not overpriced. I loved the lime-tini. Took the chocolate one to our room added my cold coffee to it. Yum! View all feedback.

"Great place for pastries, Egg Strata and good coffee. I love the energy of the restaurant and I wanted to try every pastry. The almond claw and open Apple pastry were delicious and not too sweet. The Strata was savory. The server was warm and welcoming."

"If you are looking for some fantastic Mexican flavor, this is the place. As we drove up the Oregon coast in what seemed to be hurricane force winds and rain, we found shelter and welcoming smiles in this humble establishment. The staff attended to our culinary desires and within a few moments we were presented with what can only be described as ?heavenly Mexican manna.?"

"Hilltop is a terrific restaurant. It’s a family restaurant offering a good variety of food. Staff is friendly and service is excellent. I tried the Kettle Burger with potato salad. The burger was different and delicious. The potato salad, made in house, was excellent. I highly recommend the Hilltop Cafe Bistro. I look forward to eating there again the next time I’m in Waldport."
