I had an overall great experience. The host (and also cook) explained the menu to me after she asked if I had been there before or it was my first time which is always thoughtful. She had a very friendly smile, took my order and went right onto making my meal. No customer service complaints for me! After a few minutes of looking at the menu, I decided on the jalapeño business grilled cheese and a side of tomato soup.... View all feedback.
The loaded fries are bomb, my grandma is raving about them too. The Mahalo grilled cheese is amazing too. I've never had such good tomato soup.
Everything they serve has cheese, as their name implies. I've been impressed with each visit. Their burgers, no matter what kind are juicy and nicely seasoned....
