Love this place and am a regular customer. I knocked a star off because they charge $1 extra for non-dairy milk, which is the highest upcharge I’ve seen in Yakima. Not cool. That said, they have amazing baked goods and good coffee. View all feedback.

While waiting for 15 minutes for my drink, I noticed a very unbalanced workload among the staff, which resulted in everything slowing down. One staff member was making all the hot food, drinks, and answering the phones while a second staff member took customers' orders. It just felt like after they took your money, they didn't care about the customer experience. View all feedback.
