Today, we went to lunch and inquired about ordering from the lunch menu. The waitress informed us that lunch service started at 11:00, and it was currently 10:58. We decided to wait and placed our order at 11:03. Unfortunately, our order was prepared incorrectly as my son only eats his hamburger with meat and cheese, which we specifically requested. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I typically do not write reviews, but I am incredibly frustrated with McDonald's! They are pushing their app in a way that is unreasonable. They have new sauces that they will not give unless you use the app, not even for purchase. This policy is enough to make me go elsewhere. Staff was quick and efficient, eaven with a long car line we were served with care and speed
Used doorstep ordered and paid for 2 large sugar-free ice-cream vanilla coffee. mcdonald is small or medium in the bag. Not happy that money, everything they say, I'm sorry. it wasn't the fault of the door-disc supplier, it's not like they could double the order with the bag.
Tonight my man and I ate our meal that was delivered, actually it was a disappointment. the pommes tasted as if they had sat and regained for one. also our hamburgers lacked much in taste. I suppose we compared the same dinner with one we had before a week or so, except the difference that we went through the line, ordered the order, got the order, drove about 10 minutes to our house! It was 12:20 AM when I showed up to your establishment it shows on Google you guys close at 1 AM is at the drive-through for about a couple minutes until someone answered the order machine and said we’re closed so I let them know I was upset as it says you guys close at 1 AM and they stated to me that they closing at 12 AM for the past few weeks if that’s the case you guys need to get someone to update your business hours Google so customers are not showing up expecting you guys to be open and left wanting food so drive down to 40th ave and Fruitvale where they do close at 1 AM
We ordered through uber eats. Order was delayed so was cold when we got it. We were also missing apple slices out of my daughter's happy meal. Very disappointed.
