"A surprise weekend away with Ali Grey took us to Leonards Mill for dinner and a nights stay in second valley. Their tasting menu, a highlight of the trip, opened with a super simple amuse-bouche of fresh picked, mighty tasty micro-veg that set the flavour scene well. Dinner was wrapped up with not one but two desserts and the wines were matched brilliantly throughout each course. A lot of the wines we sampled were small batch with limited availability, so we enjoyed the generous pours and occasional top up great show guys and a fabulous location. recommended!"

"Definitely worth the stop. Great food, great service from friendly polite staff. Good facilities and views over the beach and sea. Plenty of parking available, but it does get full when busy as it's the same car park for the beach. Caters for both outside and inside dining. The one disappointing attribute is that breakfast finishes at 11:00 am, and lunch doesn't start till 12:pm. No menu items offer in-between except chips. This was very disappointing when checking out at 11 am. and looking forward to a great breakfast brunch only to find out nothing was on offer. Well, they missed out on patronage as we went into town where the offer of all day breakfasts were available. If it wasn't for this, they would have gotten 5 stars."
