We placed a large pick up order for this morning and 2 sandwiches were missed in the order, I called the Old Cheney location and they were very apologetic, offered to make the missed sandwiches and deliver them! Yesterday we stopped in to B&J on old cheyney and paid for add-ons that we did not get, nor did they add the egg on the egg sandwich. The teenagers working there seemed more concerned about quickly getting through the line than actually making the orders properly.
