The staff here were always very nice. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the front desk girl, who was in a white T-shirt today. I have not met her before. From the moment we arrived, her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. She was incredibly rude and impatient. And she has no knowledge about the menu.
