I don't know how such situations are usually resolved, but it was possible to come up with something or have a plan of action for such a case. At least apologize, and not make me guilty. I wouldn't want the waitress any trouble and would order the bograch another time. He did not want to quarrel so as not to spoil his vacation and said that there should be borscht.
