Great Food a nice place for dining on the Cape. Definitely give this place a visit you'll have a delicious meal
Food is really great. Grilled Octopus was very tender, lobster ravioli was yummy, risotto was perfect.

"Hands down, the best gelato on Cape Cod. The word ambrosial fits. The lemon cream recipe is the pure heaven. Many parking spaces and outdoor and indoor seating. So an amazing place for some delicious treats."

"We are OH disciples and consider it the best overall food experience in the mid-cape area. One of last night’s entrees missed the usual mark by wide margin. It was certainly edible but far from the quality in taste to which we have been accustomed to for many years. We offered tasteful comments to our server after the fact and did not expect or request any sort of concession. Additionally, we are wine people and frankly, although their list has some tasty options, it’s very weak by comparison to other local restaurants and when considering the general wine market today. There are too many solid and reasonably priced wines on the market today to have such a limited wine list. I suggest their wine buyer needs more perspective. I want to enthusiastically applaud Morgan, one of our favorite people at the OH. Morgan is not a server but rather a facilitator of sorts. Morgan always has a positive attitude and understands better than most what diners seek and need to hear. Thank you, Morgan!"

"Wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner who was so warm and friendly! Food is delicious. I had the jerk chicken wrap with lettuce , tomatoes and a delicious pineapple salsa!! Well done! My wife had the fish and chips. Both were fresh.. the fish and fries were crispy and the Cole slaw was creamy and well balanced. We Overheard the people at next table say that the burgers they had were the best ever! Great service and all the staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. Five star plus! Highly recommend the Island Cafe and Grill. We’ll definitely be back!!"

"Pretty good ice cream! Some of the flavors are really lacking on fillings though, like the cookie dough, black cherry and mud pie. By cookie dough had one small bite inside. Also their waffle cones sell our super quick. Went twice this week after 7pm and both times they didn’t have any."

"The food is delicious. Short ribs are tender and the burger is cooked perfectly. Took 2 stars off because of the waitresses. Our waitress (bartender) is very nice and did her best. It's just that she is too busy for too much responsibility. On the other hand, another waitress who was free enough to chat with the receptionist, showing her nails polish and looking at her phone then take out orders. We sat there for over 15 mins with our menu on the table but still no one took our order. They also let our food sit under the lamp for quite a while. I guess it's not going to hurt to bring it to us (literally 2 steps) even if you are not the one who takes our tips."

"The Tofu Scrambble was amazing! it had paprika, brokkoli, swirling and mushrooms in it. the kartoffels were also amazing. the toast came baked, but it was vegan butter! I was shocked and immediately asked, and the waiter informed me that the butter was actually vegan. they had milk and mandel milk for subs for their coffee. updated by previous review on 2021-07-09"
