What User doesn't like about Hoa Sen:
We were delighted to see a Vietnamese restaurant open in the town. Today I went to give it a try. Such a disappointment. The ambience is there but the food freshness and presentation is lacking. We are used to Sappa Hills in Footscray. This scores half in comparison. At twice the price and half the quality it is a missed opportunity.
