"Yellapur is a small town situated in Uttara Kannada District of Karnataka State near Dandeli City. It is a main production centre for Areca nuts used in Paan and its the main stay produce of this predominantly agriculture based economy town. It is also surrounded...by lush greenery and a forest thicket of Malnad Region in Sahyadri Range and is pretty near to some famous waterfalls viz: Magod, Sathodi Shirley Falls which are pretty nearby The Restaurant in focus, Shanbhag Hotel is located in main road (adjacent to High way) at Yellapur and buzzes with activity from sun rise to sun set. It is pretty spacious without a doubt and is a Pure Vegetarian Restaurant with comfy yet functional seating and some what high ceiling so that even the air circulation is also proper. They were closed for 2-3 months during pandemic lock down like anyone and started again properly from September 20 onwards They have a pretty extensive menu and function like clockwork in terms of inquiry to KOT generation to delivery of your goodies to your table! Staff are attentive and well behaved and so is the management which keeps a constant eye on the goings on to ensure you a complete dinnig experience. Prices are reasonable too. All in all its a good find VFM without a doubt !"

"One of the finest dining restaurant in Yellapur Authentic Halal food. Dishes to lookout for: 1. Mutton Dry Fry 2. Chicken Tandoori 3. Malai Kabbab. Decent place for family dining. Note for Travellers: Well Maintained and Clean restrooms. (A little constraint for people with difficulty to walk)"
