What Lindsay Decker likes about Cowboys:
The place was pretty deserted when we got there (mid week lunch) so our food was quick. Great view of the river and my brisket sandwich was super flavorful same for the hubs' pulled pork. Baked beans are also an excellent side choice. View all feedback.
What gradin doesn't like about Cowboys:
if you like microwaved reheated bbq.... their brisket is like eating shoe leather its so tough, the pulled pork is meh can get better at dickeys or blue's cheap steaks not worth the View all feedback.
