I've never had a bad experience with munchies. they were always kind and helpful for me. I was in there and they were always happy to talk. I only had a problem with a meal and they were fast to send a replacement and even gave us a 1.5 liter bottle of koks that could be only £1, but still showed that she does it because of the mistake. "Food was bad, most of the starter dishes pre cooked and appear at your table in 2-3 minutes. Lamb was terrible, wine list is pretty bad. Tiramisu was made by somebody who never ate a tiramisu before. No idea why this place has good ratings. Just avoid. We spent couple of hundred pounds for dinner and the experience was like visiting a burger stand at the mall."
