the pizza is always fantastic, but tonight I was disgusted by the service. especially by douglaser was rude, ignorant only unacceptable if this was my business, he would be in some way displaced perhaps his payment for the price of my pizzas $30i buying here a quantity of this incident, I will not be friendly about only disgusting please don't hesitate to call me for more explanations View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rossco's Pizza:
One of the pizzas ordered was burnt, but when we notified the store, we were told that a replacement would only come out the same, which was surprising considering we could order pizzas without them being burnt for cheaper price elsewhere. At least customer service was polite enough hence two rather than one star. View all feedback.
Best colossal pizzas. Thank you for delivering to my house even tho it’s past the boundary. You’re the only place that will deliver to my home and we order you guys all the time.

Delicious pizza’s with a great range from value to gourmet. Gluten free bases available. Three sizes available small, large and colossal. Easy to order using the website and didn’t have to wait very long to pick up. Pizza was ready in pretty much same time as website indicated. The shop was very busy but great service given.
After being told my pizza will take 20-25 minutes and waiting 35 minutes I politely ask how long before it was ready only to be told they'd made a mistake and have now made my order again and it would out in 5-10 minutes after waiting a further 15 minutes I asked again to be told 5 more minutes after what is now an hour fir one pizza I was told unapologetically they forgot to make it, no apology or offer to make amends, for a small town pizza shop which obviously relies on repeat business I will certainly never support this poor excuse of a business,The manager was obnoxious and rudeWORST SERVICE I'VE RECIEVED IN YEPPOON
Service was ordinary. Pizzas were delivered 23mins over the supplied time. 2 x pizzas were sitting on the bench for 15-20 minutes whilst the 3rd was cooking. Refused order as it wasn’t all fresh. Requested fresh order to come out together. Staff offered feeble ‘sorry’. When fresh order was finally provided, no apology, just a sense of resentment. Pizza was okay. Would recommend saving time and money by ordering at the dominos across the road. Perhaps the staff could benefit from some communication training. The duty manager was no where to be seen when I made my complaint.
