"Was helping run a youth development and team building evening, called up and ordered, asked for gluten free chips, instead of informing us they wouldn't be able to do GF they took our order, we paid for it and then once we got it back found all the chips were battered and therefore not GF. I would have preferred to have just been told they were unable to do it instead of charging us and not even putting it on the order, that way I could have had dinner with everyone else."

"We love to try the local fish and chips everywhere we visit along the coast. This was by far the best fish and chips we've had since we arrived Australia. Great batter, extremely fresh reef fish, and home cut chips. The lady who served us was available and when she saw us with a bottle of water to pay, she provided us with a glass bottle instead. Rare customer service."

"Please please turn the band down or off. Far too loud for a dining area. After speaking with a staff member and then the manager they were able to relocate us to an outside table. Thank you very much for your consideration and help in what was a very busy night. We really appreciated your help. Our meal was great and with three small children the venue was very good. Highly recommend."

"We had a great trip and was gorgeous..went over on a Keppel ferry..and our dog was allowed on the ferry and the island. $50 return..great value..looks like a fun place to stay over.. rooms looked dated but the value and position more than makes up for it.Location: 5/5 …More"
