Last December I organized an Oldtimer rally for people. this dinner was the highlight of our rally and I had high expectations. eating was ceratiw and very personal. but it was of excellent quality and definitiw a michelin star worth. we loved the focus on local ingredients: the bark was excellent, so the foie gras was with hydromel and our dessert, which was a local modern reinterpretation of a mont blanc dessert. I was a little concerned service would be slow as it started slow, but it went crescendo and proved to be super efficient. the colors are of course not cheap, but according to my opinion everyone was worth penny. what should I improve? the wine list has interesting local choices, but otherwise is quite expensive and a bit to conventional.
We knew the castle to have stayed there several times: very beautiful place, well decorated. on the kitchen side, we discovered l l: we preferred much before. much more refined! to our taste, too "weed" in the plate.
The staff was very welcoming. the idyllic and warm atmosphere of gastronomic cuisine with a beautiful presentation very beautiful day
Excellent reception a waking dinner full of finesse and flavor. We'll be back.
