What T doesn't like about Cafe Tosca:
I went on 11/17 and was honestly disappointed. I was looking forward to roasted beef, but they were hard and the sauce was not good at all. The pasta was overcooked and I stopped eating after just one bite. The bread was too hard and the tempura was greasy and not much different from the tempura we make at home.
