Kfc (yong Peng)

Social safery distance between customers in queue should be improve as some customers didn't aware should be queue in a quite distance, and stand in very close to front counter of first waited customer. It's quite not very pleasant to next customers very near to your behind within 10cm , it's just like a somebody intend to do some things and very close to near in stand your behind butt, luckily that, the Yong Peng shop manager quickly reactions to the weird 50 years old chinese male , and asked him queue to another new open cashier counter. Hope that if queue for waiting, kindly enhance their social ethics and don't always stand near almost to touch with people skin. It's very rude and even can go to criminal harm behaviour what if.

Lots of menu not available. Close earlier than working hour. 9pm the staff already notified at entrance that they finished business.

Located beside the main road, hardly miss it. There is a big signboard there. Plenty of parking space nearby so parking won't be a problem. The queue there is terrible. Like there are only 2 counters opened and 2 men do all the jobs. Taking orders, packing food and drinks. So if one customer orders a big family package and your queue will be forever. The food is okay, chain stores I can't find any complaints unless it is too terrible. Guess KFC has to change their system and try to be like McD. If they can solved the problem of the queue it will be so much better

The foods is ok.. but for me some of the cashier a bit slow while get ready the foods .. 1 times the cashier forgot to give the wiped potato in my order then lucky that i realized that in my car. Then need to go back n get it.

One of the worst KFC service, customers need to wait for long time for orders. Staffs are lazy in serving. Realy so sad. The KFC management need to take some action.
