I’ve been ordering delivery from here for years as it is not far from my house. Even though it says vegetarian, they are all vegan and use soy protein. They do have tofu dishes as well. It also has Japanese food so you can get miso soup and veggie sushi as well. I have never eaten inside, but maybe one day I will. Love this place! read more.

"The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. I will have to try it freshly made in the brick and mortar location. The Corn Bread was too dry for my taste, I had to warm it up and smothered it with butter to eat it... Will have to go to the brick and mortar location soon!"
